What is ZGlide Suspension?
ZGlide Suspension is a direct replacement front wheel fork kit for zero-turn mowers. The secret is every fork uses embedded torsion technology to provide suspension that enables each front wheel to slightly pivot independently when going over rough terrain. The independent pivoting capability absorbs the shock produced from traveling over terrain rather than it being transferred through the frame, as with original equipment cast metal forks. Reducing the shock absorption improves operator comfort and the quality of cut by decreasing the amount of shock and bounce transferred to the mower deck.

Please Note: ZGlide Suspension forks work on all Z997 and Z997R machines Serial Numbers up to 050000. If purchasing the ZGlide Suspension for a John Deere 997 with Serial Number of 050001- and above, you will need to purchase (2) of each of the following: M135582 Cap and DMU211260 Spacer.
Kits are also available for 19 John Deere Residential Zero-Turn models including: Z225, Z235, Z245, Z255, Z335E, Z335M, Z345E, Z345M, Z345R, Z355E, Z355R, Z375R, Z425, Z435, Z445, Z465, Z525E, Z535M, and Z540M.
Please Note: For models Z225, Z245, Z425, Z445, and Z465, the forks will only fit the Serial Number Range 080001- and above.
Kit and Installation
Each ZGlide Suspension fork kit comes with two ZGlide Suspension forks (for direct replacement of both original equipment front forks), instructions and any additional hardware (such as axel bolts or nuts) that may be required to complete the installation.
