John Deere continues to be the leader in the compact utility tractor market, providing the very best in small tractors, attachments and implements. At the beginning of July, Deere released another innovation to further increase the functionality of your compact tractor. Deere announced the launch of its Mechanical Self-Leveling Loader (MSL) option for its compact tractor lineup. These premium new loaders are designed to keep loads level throughout the entire lift and are compatible with John Deere corresponding 1E, 1R, 2R, and 3E Compact Utility Tractors.

Most compact tractor customers utilize a loader to complete their machine. Deere recognized that these customers may also benefit from the Mechanical Self-Leveling technology. The MSL system allows the operator to maintain a level bucket or pallet position from the bottom of a lift to the top.

How to Use

The John Deere Mechanical Self-Leveling Loader system is easy-to-use for all operators. With MSL, the loader joystick is pushed forward to lower and back to lift. MSL automatically adjusts the implement’s position when raising and lowering the boom. Thus, the load automatically stays level throughout the entire range of motion, without any left-to-right adjustments with the loader joystick. It will automatically keep the bucket or pallet forks level.
